I was lucky enough this past year to meet some amazing people, families and brides. Whitney, her husband Neil and her mother Diane were no exception. To Diane and Whitney, at first my name was just a name on a list on a piece of paper, a friend gave them, of photographers in Utah to look at. I have never met this friend, but I was so incredibly lucky to have met Diane and Whitney. They hired me from Idaho, so we never actually met in person until the day of the wedding. But the best part was how real and how instant our connection via email was. I love Diane with all of my heart! She reminds me so much of my own mom, I think that’s what sparked that connection (at least on my end). I love both of these incredible women so much, and I am so grateful for their friendship and the opportunity I had to be a part of something so special. Neil and Whitney, I hope you are enjoying Kansas, because I know momma bear is struggling without her girl….so make your adventures worth it!! In the meantime, Diane, know that your little girl will always be your little girl
No matter how far the distance is in between you, we always need our moms, especially moms like you!
