As I am back in Orange County for two glorious, beach-filled Christmas weeks, I thought it only appropriate to blog these DREAMY beach engagement photos of Sabrina & Daniel! I played against Sabrina in soccer growing up, every week in So. Cal and then reconnected with her when she was a bridesmaid for my beautiful friend Dani, who was my teammate through high school! The soccer world seems so small at times, but I made the most incredible friends, who really were more like family! Anyone who has played a sport will understand…it’s the best.
Sabrina and Daniel chose to do their engagements in the adorable town of Rancho Palos Verdes with some GORGEOUS shots down on the beach below the cliffs of Rancho PV. It was so much fun reconnecting with Sabrina and meeting Daniel!
HOW THEY MET
Sabrina and Daniel ran cross country together in high school. They were really good friends and then the time came for college and they both went their separate ways. He went to school in LA and she ventured out to Oregon. But while home on break from school, they both were running on the same beach they spent countless hours running at during high school and Daniel noticed Sabrina. But this time it was different. He would see her for the beautiful woman she had turned into, not just the girl from high school. So, after mustering up some courage they then began to spend time with one another, and enjoyed running together just as they had in high school.
Now flash forward a few years and here they are, as in love as ever, and planning to be married (spoiler alert, they have already had their wedding I am just getting caught up on blogging). I cannot WAIT to show you the magic we captured on the wedding day!!
