Mr. Blaine Turns ONE: I can’t believe this is happening!! I can’t believe I am sitting here writing about my BABY turning one! Where has this year gone? Why did it go so dang fast? I am so NOT ready for this little lamb chop to keep getting bigger. Why can’t they stay little??
Blaine, mommy can’t tell you enough just how much she loves you. You were prayed for, hoped for and now you are cared for and adored by everyone who meets you. Your infectious smile and your easy going personality have been such a blessing in our home. Your older brother is still wildly in love with you and your older sister loves helping you grow and learn and play with new toys. They will forever be your biggest fans and your constant cheerleading section. They are the first to pick you up when you fall, the first to hug you when your sad and they constantly fight over who gets to snuggle you every single morning (so usually that means we make a Blainer sandwich).
This last year has been the best year of my life! Each baby has been an incredible blessing but there is something so special about the baby. He has made our family come together more and slow down and enjoy every last minute together. We are so lucky our Heavenly Father has trusted us with his precious cargo and I am SO lucky to be your momma Mr. Blaine. I know there will be bumps along the way but I am so grateful to see that smile every morning and so lucky that I get to be the one to teach you about life and watch you grow (your daddy is too!!).
Happy One Year Mr. Boodoos as the kids would lovingly call you. You make our whole world light up!! And what a difference 365 days makes!! 6 days old on the left-one year on the right! So dang crazy!!
I just can’t get over how tiny they start!! But one thing has remained constant and that’s his smile and his love for momma!
