Whew– WHAT A YEAR. Did 2023 sneak up on anyone else or is it just me? Blogging took a bit of a back seat, so I’m jumping back in with a 2022 Portraits Session recap post. 👏
I just celebrated my TWELTH year of being in business…and I still love it just as much today as I did from the very first session I shot! Personally, I also celebrated a few milestones.
We went on our first cruise as a family this year. Traveled thousands of miles and multiple states to watch Brady play baseball. Watched Charlee try out for a new soccer team and make new friends. And counted down with Blaine to his 7th Birthday, for the day he could join his siblings at the one and only STROFORMANCE!

And on top of ALL THAT, I had the immense honor and pleasure of capturing so many precious memories for over 35 families (not including weddings!).
I know that I may be biased, but I truly LOVE my job.
I believe that along with the big events – like graduations and baby announcements – the simple, messy, mundane moments of parenthood deserve to be frozen in time because your littles are only this small for such a short amount of time.
While I wish that I could share every single portrait session from this 2022 season, I settled for sharing just a couple from each one with you– and it’s definitely on my 2023 New Years Goals to get back to blogging about the sessions individually because, I seriously cannot get enough of these sweet families. 😍
From pregnancy announcements to graduating seniors and ever growing families, here are The Best of 2022 Portraits Edition.
