As a travel photographer I love that I get to explore new places and capture lifetime memories all over in so many different locations. However, with home being in Utah, being able to maintain a thriving business while on the runway requires planning, organization, and the right set of tools of course! So here is the list of my absolute favorite tools I use to keep my business running while traveling. 

01. Showit – The easiest drag and drop website builder that is popular with photographers – because it’s WORTH IT! And the websites are stunning, if I do say so myself! 😉

03. Instagram – I mean, duh. I love that I get to showcase all the people who trust me to capture these moments in their life on this platform! 04. Trello – Organization is KEY and Trello helps me do just that. This project management tool is easy to use, has a mobile app (essential!), and is a space where I can plan out future content with my team! 

05. Planoly – A social media planner and management tool. That pretty cohesive feed you see on my Instagram? That’s because I upload the images to Planoly to make sure they work together. I also love that I can schedule them out with the captions and hashtags and they’ll auto post to both Instagram and Facebook!

These are the 7 tools I use to keep my business running while traveling, and let me tell you, they are absolutely WORTH the investment. When travel is a part of your job, you have to find the tools that will help you when you are a little unreachable (you know sometimes that wi-fi in the sky just doesn’t work).
