Capturing the Little Moments

Mamas, I don’t have to tell you how quickly time flies by and how important capturing the little moments are. Because before you know it, those babies you rocked are toddlers getting into everything, then off to school, and then graduating highschool, then college. Cue all the emotions and grab the tissues. 😭

It’s because time is fleeting, that I believe the everyday is worth capturing. And those end up being the images that you love the most. Family pictures from a professional are great, but (like instagram) are not always a true depiction of your real life, your family, your kids.

Life isn’t always matching outfits and smiles. Kids are messy and wild.

I want to remember my kids playing with their toys in miss matched pajamas because THEY dressed themselves. I want to remember my daughter skipping to the park with her best friend and so excited to swing on the swings. I want to remember my baby barely fitting in the bumbo but LOVING rice cereal and sweet potatoes.

Motherhood is about loving the everyday life. Finding beauty in the everyday of life. Loving the journey and treasuring the tiny humans that you get to look after.
